Postdoc opportunity, 'Performing Restoration Shakespeare'

Research Fellow - Performing Restoration Shakespeare

Queen's University Belfast seeks to appoint a post-doctoral research fellow for 3 years (2017-2019) to join the practice-based project 'Performing Restoration Shakespeare', funded by the AHRC. The project is led by theatre historian Richard Schoch (Queen's University Belfast) and musicologist Amanda Winkler (Syracuse University, USA). The project partners are Shakespeare's Globe, the Folger Shakespeare Library, and the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.

Applicants must have a PhD (or will have it within the next few months) in theatre history, musicology, or early modern drama. Experience in theatre or music practice is highly desirable. Please see the link below for the full job announcement on jobs.ac.uk.
