A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, a world leading Higher Education conservatoire specialising in the theatre arts.
You will be responsible for working on the Performance Arts area of the BA Theatre Practice programme with additional duties on the Writing for Performance pathway of the BA Drama, Applied Theatre and Education degree. The role holder will teach, assess and plan a range of units while ensuring the currency of the curriculum. In addition, you will contribute to the School’s profile through the making and dissemination of high quality research outcomes and the maintenance of a reputation as an expert in Performance Arts.
The successful applicant will be educated to PhD level, enjoy teaching and learning, have excellent teaching ability in HE contexts, as well as a proven significant professional profile in Performance Arts and a significant recognised research profile.
Closing date for receipt of application forms is 9am Friday 1 July 2016.
It is anticipated that interviews and assessments will take place on Friday 15 July 2016.
